Welcome to Warwick Wold Waters

The Fishery

This coming Sunday, 23 November, we have club matches on Ash Lake, Ossies Lake and Spring Lake so only Dream Lake and Long Lake are available to day ticket anglers. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note, the fishery will be closing for its winter break for day ticket anglers at the close of the next day, Monday 24 November 2025. We hope to reopen on Friday 20 March 2026, depending on the weather.

Thanks to all our customers for your support this year and we look forward to seeing you again in 2026.

Warwick Wold Waters has been open since June 2011. It has. been designed, constructed and maintained so that it accommodates the needs of every angler from novice to expert. The fishery is located at the bottom of the Surrey North Downs, which is classified as an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Warwick Wold Waters caters for all coarse fishing lovers. The lakes are stocked with common, mirror and F1 carp, as well as crucian carp, roach, rudd, bream, tench and barbel, which were introduced into Spring Lake a few years ago and are now approaching 5lb in weight. You’ll find unprecedented sport across all five lakes dug into this 30-acre site. Each lake is fed with100% spring water which helps to keep the fish in prime condition.

Situated just 15 miles from Central London, the fishery is disabled friendly and permanently staffed, making it ideal for experienced and inexperienced anglers as well as families. There is an onsite shop which sells baits, groundbaits and some end tackle. There is also a café where you can buy hot food as well as hot and cold drinks and a range of chocolate bars and crisps. The café includes ladies and gents' toilets for your convenience.
